Just one click to switch your File Upload and Post Image fields over to Image Hopper! Plus, you’ll love the better image previews.
We’re really excited about a new feature in the 2.8 Core update, which allows you to convert the File Upload and Post Image field to their Image Hopper equivalent. This makes it easier than ever to switch existing forms / entries over to Image Hopper. You can go in the reverse direction, too, and convert those fields back to their original field type. Watch the video below to see how easy it is.

Refined Image Preview
If you use Image Hopper on a desktop computer, you might have noticed the image preview could become unwieldy when using an IH Post Image field, or a standard IH field with Max Files set to 1. Users may also have experienced distorted or stretched previews when uploading odd shaped, or low resolution images. That’s all a thing of the past after upgrading to Image Hopper Core 2.8.1 and Editor 2.8.0.
Gravity Flow Update Post Step
If you download v1.3.2 of the Advanced Post Creation add-on from your Gravity Forms account, you’ll be able to use Gravity Flow’s Update Post step with Image Hopper fields. Awesome!
We hope you find these updates helpful and that they enhance your experience with Image Hopper. As always, we value your feedback and encourage you to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
